Top out completed at “executive residence” at Business Central
DAMAC properties’ completed 14 floors per month on active projects
DAMAC Properties has announced the “topping out” of its 21 storey mixed-use Business Central project, The Residences, located near opposite Burj Khalifa in the Downtown area.
With work now underway on the external cladding and façade, the developer says it is now “strategically focused” on its Business Bay developments.
“The Residences will be a stunning executive residence once completed. It has all the hallmarks of a premium property investment, with excellent facilities, quality finishes and a superb location” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of DAMAC Properties.
Across its seven active projects, DAMAC says it is completing 14 floors a month.
