Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA outlines 18 hotel expansion plan
Firm says it will a little over 1,000 keys to its portfolio by the end of the year
A hotel development pipeline outlining plans for 18 new hotels adding 5,000+ keys across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Turkey, and Iraq has been unveiled by Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA.
The firm said it will open four new hotels by the end of 2021 including the Millennium Place Mirdif and Studio M Al Barsha in the UAE, Grand Millennium Gizan in Saudi Arabia and Grand Millennium Al Seef Basra in Iraq, adding over 1,000 keys.
According to a statement, Millennium’s current portfolio includes various hotels in key gateway cities across the world, tailored to meet the needs of the surrounding and source markets. The company operates 50 hotels in the Middle East under 12 brands catering for all segments and offering a unique guest experience in 17 cities across 9 countries with 17,000+ keys.
