Emaar Properties’ The Creek Horizon on track, SSH says
Two-tower residential project has reached ground level, construction and design supervisor says
Work at Emaar Properties’ residential project at Dubai Creek Harbour, The Creek Horizon, is on track and has now reached the ground level, the firm appointed to carry out the design and construction supervision for the project, has said.
In a statement, SSH, a leading master planning, infrastructure, building design and construction firm, said that with construction now at the podium level, progress on the residential scheme will accelerate.
The Creek Horizon is a key residential project that is designed around the theme of ‘living on an island’. It comprises of two towers, rising from a landscaped podium structure. Once complete, the towers will top out at ground + three-level podium + 39 storeys and ground + three level podium + 36 stories.
Dubai Creek Harbour is a new master plan development from Emaar Properties in joint venture with Dubai Holding, that is focused on building urban island residences onto the contours of the Dubai Creek. The architecture of Creek Horizon aims to create a destination within the new district, with views of the Dubai skyline, waterfront, central park and creek.
Individual townhouse opportunities and shared leisure amenities will also be available to investors, with swimming pools, waterfront and landscaped areas within the residential community. The scheme is integrated into the district master plan using landscape and place-making to position the development as one of the most desirable in the area, SSH said in the statement.
