Azizi Developments says that 178-unit on Palm Jumeirah is 85% complete
Developer says that Mira project will be completed by February 2020 at the latest
Azizi Developments, the UAE-based private developer, has announced that Mina, it’s 178-unit luxury residential development on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, is now 85% complete in terms of construction.
In a statement, the developer said that blockwork is now 99% complete, while internal plastering is at 98%. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work is more than 91% complete, while Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) has passed the 77% completion mark. Final works on the façade, tiling, elevator installation, swimming pools and overall finishes are also progressing swiftly.
Highlighting the company’s commitment to timely delivery, especially as it marks 2019 as the Year of Construction, Azizi Development said that it aims to complete the development by February 2020 at the latest.
Comprising of 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom residences, and four penthouses spread across a total gross floor area of more than 22,991sqm, the project has a waterfront location and offers residents views of the Dubai skyline, the developer said. In addition, the property provides residents with a range of high-end amenities, including private beach access, two swimming pools and a fully equipped gym and health club.

Over 69% of the total area is allocated for gardens, a children’s play area, a jogging track and green outdoor spaces, the developer said. Moreover, the project will host a dedicated retail precinct, covered parking and a concierge service.
It will also offer easy access to the Palm Monorail, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro, as well as to a variety of hotels and other retail and leisure attractions on the Palm Jumeirah, the statement concluded.
