Construction of ZāZEN One residential project 50% complete says developer
The project is said to have achieved several key milestones in recent months and complies with Trakhees LEED Green Building regulations
50% of construction work has been finished on ZāZEN Properties’ first project, the developer has announced. Taking shape in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Triangle, ZāZEN One features 86 residences and is expected to be handed over in January 2022.
According to a statement from the developer, the residential project features a mix of one-, two-, two plus maids, and three-bedroom plus maids room units, and duplex apartments. It is said to be located off the main Al Khail highway and in close proximity to schools, parks and play areas, the new Al Khail Avenue Mall, and a new four-star luxury hotel.
“We are very happy to be advancing at this speed, typically not found with other projects in Dubai, and working in line with Dubai’s 2040 vision of sustainable urban development,” said ZāZEN Properties’ co-founder and COO Madhav Dhar.
Building with sustainability in mind, ZāZEN One notes significant progress, achieving key milestones in the last few months, including compliance with Trakhees LEED Green Building regulations; ensuring lighting, control systems, water, operational sustainability, environment and internal air quality all meet the necessary requirements, said the statement.
Dhar added, “Construction is currently beyond 50% and we are excited to start working on the interior elements ensuring the utmost level of quality and efficiency. Focusing on delivery and quality, interior work has been carefully thought out and will only start in Q3 2021. Details such as light fixtures, paint, tiles, marble, kitchen, finishings and fitouts and even landscaping has all been finalised and ordered, ensuring the project work moves smoothly and ahead of schedule.”
The project also employs solar energy solutions, with panels on the rooftop, aiming to deliver 20-25% cost savings, which will directly impact the service charges to the end user, the statement concluded.
