Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based private developer, has announced that steady progress is being made on its residential tower project, Creek Views, which is located on Dubai Creek and has achieved nearly 37% work already completed.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, the project is a 20-storey development featuring 634 residences, including 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341sqft of premium retail space, a statement from the developer said.

The project is scheduled to be delivered by Q2 2021.

The freehold property is coming up within Phase Two of Dubai Healthcare City, which is a popular community that is seeing increased activity and increased demand. The project is sited on Al Khail Road, seven minutes away from Dubai International Airport, eight minutes from Dubai Mall, and nine minutes from Business Bay and DIFC.

Azizi highlighted the substantial investor response the project has received, in its statement, pointing out that more than 37 nationalities have invested in the project. The most substantial customer demographic are Emiratis, making up 25% of Creek Views sales. Completed transactions with Saudi nationals comprised 10% of sales, while Chinese nationals were 5%, it added.

The developer also said that the project is providing to be a popular choice with Europeans, with 5% of sales having been made to EU nationals. The remainder of the tower’s investors are GCC nationals, as well as a variety of customers from four continents, including North and South America, Asia and Africa.
