Construction is progressing at a steady pace at the mixed-use, 46-storey, The Residences, JLT. The project is being developed by Signature Developers and is billed as a key development.

It will feature 80 units consisting of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments and full-floor penthouses. Each will be classified into three collections Monogram, Autograph and Signature, a statement said. A five-star Taj Hotel is slated to occupy 17 floors in the tower.
