Diyar Al Muharraq, the Bahraini urban developer, has announced that the secondary stage of infrastructural work for its Al Qamra project is well underway, in line with the pre-forecasted date for completion.

All infrastructure work on the project is being undertaken by Hafeera Contracting, the developer said in a statement, adding that completion is expected in July this year. In line with the company’s efforts to expediate the construction of its developments, in order to cate to inhabitants, the project is undergoing a nine-month programme, it said.

Diyar Al Muharraq added that the majority of the deep services had been completed, with the current progress of infrastructure work standing at 20%. Once work is finished, plot owners within the development will have a complete infrastructure network, including roads, electricity, water, drainage and telecommunications.

“This is a significant moment for Diyar Al Muharraq as it marks another milestone for one of our flagship projects, with each accomplishment in our timeline representing our unwavering vision and the next step forward to achieving our master-plan,” said Dr Maher Al Shaer, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq.
