Almoayyed Contracting to build $45m Bahraini mall
Shopping complex commenced construction on July 15, 2012, with completion in Dec 2013
Bahraini construction firm, Al Moayyed Contracting has been awarded a contract by the Muharraq Mall Company to build the Muharraq Seef Mall.
The new shopping complex is located between the Muharraq Club and the Arad Fort, and has been designed to take full advantage of its frontage onto the newly constructed corniche and the Bay.
The $45m mall will be built over two retail floors offering around 30,000 m2 of retail space with parking space underneath on the ground level.
The project also includes an open air amphitheatre to be used for public and cultural events. Construction work on the project commenced on July 15, 2012, with a completion date set in December 2013.
