ISS signs SAP implementation contract with Jaidah Group, Qatar

Jaidah group adopts SAP’s S4HANA Suite, based on HANA digital technology – the latest in memory computing innovation from SAP

ISS signed Jaidah Group, and the project will focus on implementing SAP S/4HANA Suite in Jaidah Group’s Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Supply, Energy, Furniture, Electrical, Safety & Tools and Lubricant divisions. The portfolio covers implementation of SAP Contract Center, Hybris Marketing, CRM Sales, CRM Service, Financials, Human Resource, Real Estate Management, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Project Systems, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, Business Planning & Consolidation and Treasury. The project duration is stipulated to be 12 months and will be delivered in two phases.
