The four and five storey apartments have been designed to be architecturally representative of their respective zones and are connected by greenery and ornamental gardens. All properties will offer waterfront views.
“The wealth of global experience and proven track record of delivering excellence on time and within budget was a key decision when selecting contractors for this project. It has an annual turnover of $7 billion and sustained growth year-on-year, the statement said. Since its inception, it has been regarded as a pioneer in the Indian construction industry.
“We are honoured and excited to partner with world-class developer SDIC to develop the exquisite beachfront residential property ‘Qaryat Al Hidd’ in the Saadiyat Island, and we are committed and geared to complete the project on time,” said Mohandas Saini, MD & CEO of SP Mideast.

As the lead design consultants, B+H Architects will be the planner architect, landscape architect, and interior designer, the statement added.
Khatib & Alami has been appointed as Construction Supervision Consultant for Qaryat Al Hidd and they will be responsible for working with the contractor to ensure the project is built according to exacting standards, in line with the design drawings and specifications, and for maintaining best practices in health and safety.
