According to a statement issued by Eagle Hills Bahrain, contractor Dadabhai Construction has won the contract for the construction of the Marassi Shores Residences. The residential project is located in the Marassi Al Bahrain master development, which is expected to house 22,000 residents once it is completed.

Marassi Shores Residences is a waterfront project that offers direct access to the two kilometer-long Marassi Beach. The project is in close proximity to the Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, as well as the Marassi Galleria – a shopping and entertainment destination.

“The award of this partnership contract and the kickoff of construction of Marassi Shores Residences brings the total site area currently under construction to a significant 8,800sqm. Marassi Shores is a U-shaped property with superior amenities, surrounding a private leisure complex and directly adjacent to our retail promenade and beach. It is a key component of Marassi Al Bahrain, and one of the most demanding, as up to 900 construction workers will be working at the site during peak hours,” said Daniel Hammond, general manager of Eagle Hills Bahrain.

Once completed, the 11-storey U-shaped building will have 287 units including studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses, staggered across 11 storeys. The project will also feature a podium that offers sea views.

Ground was broken on phase one of the Marassi Al Bahrain master development in September 2016, which includes the Marassi Galleria, Marassi Residences and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain Hotel & Serviced Residences.
